This study examines the concepts of respect and responsibility in the Quran and their impact on the performance of adolescents in educational environments. Initially, the concepts of respect and responsibility are analyzed from the perspective of the Quran, and their role in shaping the personality and social relationships of adolescents is explored. Subsequently, the influence of these concepts on academic performance and social interactions of adolescents is analyzed through case studies and practical experiences of teachers in successful schools. The findings indicate that emphasizing respect and responsibility in educational environments leads to increased academic motivation, improved performance, and strengthened social relationships among students. Additionally, teachers' experiences show that creating a respectful environment and enhancing responsibility through group activities and teaching social and emotional skills can improve adolescent performance. Finally, suggestions for improving educational methods and future research are provided, which can help promote these concepts in educational settings.
