Prayer, as one of the fundamental elements of religion and mysticism, plays a very important role in the daily lives of Muslims. In Islamic mysticism, prayer is not only used as a tool for communication with God, but it is also recognized as a means to achieve inner peace and mental health. This article examines the role of prayer in Islamic mysticism and its effects on mental health. In sum, prayer, as one of the important tools in Islamic mysticism, plays a very significant role in improving mental health and increasing inner peace. Prayer and religious practices can be effectively used as methods for reducing stress and anxiety and strengthening the spiritual connection with God. Regular performance of prayer and religious practices can help strengthen faith, increase life satisfaction, and improve mental health. Further research in this area can contribute to the development of knowledge about the effects of prayer on mental health and spirituality and facilitate the improvement of individuals' quality of life.
